Senior Vendor Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Senior Vendor Analyst to support the Vendor Manager in setting goals and strategies. This role involves leading complex vendor evaluations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of vendor-related strategies. The Senior Vendor Analyst will also mentor junior team members and ensure that vendor management practices align with the overall business objectives.

What this role involves:

• Assisting with vendor research and allocation.
• Coordinating vendor performance evaluations and reporting.
• Assisting with security auditing and compliance.
• Maintaining regular communication with vendors.
• Facilitating internal Vendor Management meetings.
• Contributing to budget forecasts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, QA, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to cope with changing environment.
• Comfortable in working within deadlines and timelines.
