Job Description

WongDoody, with the technological strength of Infosys, is seeking a Senior Creative Technologist to join their team in Stuttgart, Germany. The ideal candidate will be involved in interactive projects and immersive experiences, working in an interdisciplinary environment where innovation meets production. The Senior Creative Technologist will collaborate with specialists in Realtime 3D and teams focused on 3D, Motion, Web, UX, and Engineering to develop immersive projects for global brands.

Role Involves:

• Developing immersive, interactive experiences across physical, digital, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborating closely with 3D, Motion, Web, UX, and Engineering teams.
• Building production-ready experiences for Web, Mobile, AR, and VR platforms.
• Integrating AI-based workflows into design and development processes.
• Developing prototypes and tools to expand the technology-based creative offerings.
• Translating creative visions into scalable technical setups and system architectures.
• Contributing to scalable systems, templates, and best practices for immersive formats.
• Evaluating new technologies and recommending adoption strategies.
• Sharing knowledge through internal training and workshops.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Creative Technology, Immersive Experiences, or related fields.
• Proficiency in three.js + React for web-based immersive experiences, and/or Unity or Unreal Engine for Realtime 3D applications.
• Familiarity with AR frameworks and VR SDKs (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, OpenXR).
• Understanding of 3D-Modelling, Spatial Computing, and Spatial UX/UI.
• Experience with WebGL and data-driven visuals.
• Competence in integrating AI tools for asset generation, procedural systems, or UI enhancement.
• Proven track record of successful cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills for creative teams, technical discussions, and client interactions.
• A portfolio showcasing immersive and interactive projects.
• Experience in motivating and developing interdisciplinary teams.
