Partner Community Manager

Job Description

Recorded Future, the world’s largest intelligence company, is seeking a Partner Community Manager to build a global partner engagement function. This role involves owning and evolving the Partner Portal as the central hub for digital partner communications and content. The Partner Community Manager will bring structure and clarity to scaling partner engagement, strengthening relationships across the ecosystem.Responsibilities include:

• Owning and evolving the Partner Portal
• Leading the rollout and administration of Channeltivity
• Creating and executing scalable communication programs
• Building and maintaining reporting on partner engagement
• Developing and operationalizing partner scoring models
• Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to curate content
• Organizing and managing on-demand partner events
• Building systems and processes for global partner engagement

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in partner community building or content strategy
• 3+ years of experience administering PRM or community platforms
• Familiarity with partner workflows in Salesforce
• Strong reporting and systems orientation
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
• A proactive and creative mindset
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
