To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).

SonderMind offers:

• Pay of $92-$124 per hour.
