Job Description
Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Senior Foreign Exchange (FX) Structurer to join their team in Warsaw. This role is crucial for ensuring clients in the Central-East European region receive the most suitable FX solutions. The Senior FX Structurer will work as part of the FX structuring team, collaborating with front office teams, FX dealing, and FX sales across the CEE to deliver outstanding FX products to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' FX exposure and current hedges to structure appropriate FX risk management solutions.
- Price FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic and develop proposals for FX structured products.
- Attend client meetings, present, and recommend FX structures alongside the Sales and Dealing team.
- Collaborate with front office teams, FX dealing, and FX sales across the CEE.
- Recommend strategies and pricing for structuring complex FX derivative products.
- Execute complex FX hedges.
- Train and educate FX Sales & FX Dealing teams on strategies and pricing of structured products.
Requirements:
- Good verbal reasoning and communication skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Deep understanding of the financial market.
- BA or MSc in Finance, Econometrics, or Financial mathematics.
- Understanding and interest in pricing of FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
- Modelling experience and ability to set up scenario analysis and stress testing.
- Fluent English is a must-have and conversational level of Polish language.
- Strong Excel experience required, Python preferred.
