Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work directly with customers, ensuring they maximize value from the platform. The Customer Success Manager will drive customer programs, help customers achieve their technical and business goals, and drive retention and growth for Contentful. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
What this role involves:
- Monitoring and guiding new customers.
- Managing 120-200 customers at scale.
- Executing customer programs.
- Driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring customer usage and health scores.
- Partnering with the Renewal team.
- Translating customer insights into actionable feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable discussing Contentful’s API-first model.
- Ability to leverage data tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Technically curious.
