Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Engineer to handle complex sales engagements and work with large accounts. The Sales Engineer will leverage their deep understanding of KnowBe4 products and the industry to address technical objections and design solutions. This role involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to sales strategies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrating product expertise and articulating technical architecture.
  • Contributing to sales strategy and executing evaluation plans.
  • Resolving technical issues and addressing objections.
  • Building relationships with prospects and tailoring presentations.
  • Navigating the sales cycle and engaging in sales strategy discussions.
  • Mentoring others and taking ownership of projects.
  • Articulating differentiators against competitors.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with security awareness concepts and mail environments.
