Sezzle is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Minneapolis. Sezzle is revolutionizing the shopping experience beyond payments, blending cutting-edge tech with seamless, interest-free installment plans. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing, emotionally intelligent individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow within a rapidly scaling team.

As an SDR at Sezzle, he/she will be on the front lines of sales efforts, sparking conversations with prospective merchants and scheduling meetings for Account Executives and Sales Directors.

What this role involves:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and developing relationships
  • Generating outbound sales opportunities through various outreach strategies
  • Coordinating product demonstrations between Sezzle Account Executives/Sales Directors and prospective merchants
  • Tracking communication and engagement via Salesforce and Salesloft

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Proven outbound experience
  • Strong communicator
  • People-oriented and customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Adaptable and creative
  • Collaborative and positive
