Job Description

A prominent investment group in Latin America is seeking a highly motivated Coordenador de Reestruturação e Recuperação Empresarial to join their dynamic team. This role is based in São Paulo and focuses on managing the financial assessment of assets involved in judicial restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

The Coordenador will play a crucial role in developing pricing models, leading viability analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and credit risk analysis, with a deep understanding of the judicial recovery and bankruptcy landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the financial evaluation of assets in judicial recovery and bankruptcy.
• Developing pricing models considering financial, legal, and operational aspects.
• Leading viability and valuation analyses of companies and non-performing loans.
• Supporting negotiations with data and analyses.
• Interacting with legal teams to understand credit positions and associated risks.
• Participating in investment committees and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Structuring and updating pricing policies, methodologies, and tools.
• Promoting continuous improvements in internal processes and controls.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• Solid experience with valuation, financial modeling, and credit risk analysis.
• Deep knowledge of the judicial recovery and bankruptcy environment.
• Experience with pricing alternative assets, distressed assets, or NPLs is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, structured thinking, and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and automation tools is a plus.
• Good communication and collaborative profile.
