SmartBear is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in EMEA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales skills, managing team progress, and enabling the team to meet and exceed quota.   • Lead a team of Account Executives in EMEA to meet monthly goals.
  • Hire, train, coach, and grow a team of AEs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with direct reports, peers, and senior leadership.
  • Train Inside Sales Representatives on sales skills, product knowledge, time management, and customer relations.
  • Develop sales metrics and performance management tools.
  • Monitor outbound calls and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years in a sales management capacity.
  • Experience in software quality required.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process.
  • Proven ability to sell to Director, VP, or C-Level.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Experience managing a high velocity, transactional business as well as Enterprise transactions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
