Job Description

OMD EMEA is seeking an Operations Manager to collaborate with their client, PepsiCo. This pivotal role involves operational and media data ecosystem management, aiming to streamline workflows and foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and European OMD PEP local teams. The Operations Manager will lead and deliver operational excellence across various disciplines and business units.Role responsibilities include:

• Overall Governance and local markets operational support
• Commercial management
• Media Data Governance
• Drive Network capability
• Operational support to EMEA HQ

Requirements for this role include:

• Comfort with general project management and hands-on delivery
• Experience with project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet/Hive)
• High competence in Microsoft suite
• Ability to create defined, documented, and replicable processes
• Good understanding of core media functioning (Offline/Online)
• High degree of numeracy and analytical skills
• Previous experience in operational and/or account management
• Competence in handling clients and contributing to productive meetings
• Comfortable presenting ideas and delivering recommendations
