Job Description
HousingAnywhere is seeking an Integration Support Specialist to ensure the success of its integration partners. This role involves assessing feasibility, onboarding, maintenance, and issue resolution. The Integration Support Specialist will collaborate with partners, account managers, and engineering teams, taking ownership of the onboarding process through clear communication and diligent information gathering. They will investigate common problems, address configuration issues, triage technical issues, and escalate complex matters to the engineering team.
Role Involves:
- Facilitating collaboration between partners, account managers, and engineering teams.
- Ensuring successful onboarding of integration partners.
- Investigating common problems and addressing configuration issues.
- Triaging technical issues and escalating complex matters.
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Internship or 1-2 years experience in a technical support, sales engineering, or partner-facing role.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software systems.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Postman.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
