Job Description

Healios is seeking a Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician to conduct high-quality Autism and ADHD assessments for children. The role offers both part-time and full-time positions, with employed or consultancy options available. The location is primarily in Hereford/Worcester, requiring 1-3 days per week on-site, with some flexibility. Healios is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare through digitized clinical pathways and face-to-face services.

The role involves delivering Autism and ADHD assessment services for children at the company's facilities in Hereford and Worcester.

Role Involves:

• Providing high-quality Autism and ADHD assessments for children.
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team.
• Adhering to NICE guidelines for autism and ADHD assessments.

Requirements:

• Clinical registration with HCPC or full GMC registration with a license to practice in the UK/on the GMC Specialist Register in Paediatrics or Community Child Health.
• Demonstrable expertise in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
• Familiarity with autism diagnostic frameworks (e.g., DSM-5, ICD-11).
• Experience in ADHD assessment and management.
• An excellent understanding of ADHD presentation.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team.
• Awareness and adherence to NICE guidelines for autism and ADHD assessments.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• Trained in standardized tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R).
• Enhanced (Child & Adult Workforce) DBS certificate registered with the DBS update service.
