- Planning territories and accounts using data-driven decisions.
- Leading and developing a team of Strategic Sales professionals.
- Elevating business relationships and shaping pricing strategies.
- Managing business relationships and revenue with major retail groups in Germany.
- Delivering insights and creative solutions to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Completed degree and 5+ years of experience in Strategic Key Account Management.
- 3+ years of experience in personnel management.
- Excellent leadership skills and understanding of sales strategies.
- Affinity for the online environment.
- Strong analytical skills and social competence.
- Fluent German, proficient English, and MS Office/CRM skills (Salesforce).
