  • Planning territories and accounts using data-driven decisions.
  • Leading and developing a team of Strategic Sales professionals.
  • Elevating business relationships and shaping pricing strategies.
  • Managing business relationships and revenue with major retail groups in Germany.
  • Delivering insights and creative solutions to achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree and 5+ years of experience in Strategic Key Account Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and understanding of sales strategies.
  • Affinity for the online environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and social competence.
  • Fluent German, proficient English, and MS Office/CRM skills (Salesforce).
