Job Description

Twitch is seeking a skilled SDE - React & iOS to join their Community Discovery & Engagement team. This team focuses on creating and improving features that help communities form, grow, and thrive on the Twitch platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about influencing the direction of these features and how they function, with a strong emphasis on frontend and mobile development.

The SDE will work across various features, collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and data analysts to deliver solutions that enable viewers to connect and streamers to achieve their goals. This role offers the flexibility to work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.

Role involves:

• Designing, developing, launching, and operating interactive experiences and products.
• Delivering high-quality user experiences on web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborating with team members to solve problems and deliver solutions.
• Driving business impact by addressing customer problems.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of software development experience in a professional setting.
• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale.
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such as React, Swift, and Objective-C.
• Proven ability to deliver quality user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
