Job Description
Jobber is seeking an Account Executive, Existing Business to join its Success department and empower small businesses. The Account Executive will play a key role in developing trust with customers and growing the relationship with them. Jobber's culture is transparent, inclusive, and innovative.
  • Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively connect with customers, providing recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber.
  • Encourage customers to upgrade their subscription or add online payments software.
  • Consistently achieve results by hitting and overachieving targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
  • High energy and ability to sell in a dynamic environment.
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to find solutions.
  • Coachable and adaptable.
  • Enjoy technology.
  • Strong and confident communication style.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
