Jobber is seeking an Account Executive, Existing Business to join its Success department and empower small businesses. The Account Executive will play a key role in developing trust with customers and growing the relationship with them. Jobber's culture is transparent, inclusive, and innovative.
- Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Proactively connect with customers, providing recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber.
- Encourage customers to upgrade their subscription or add online payments software.
- Consistently achieve results by hitting and overachieving targets.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
- High energy and ability to sell in a dynamic environment.
- Driven and tenacious with the ability to find solutions.
- Coachable and adaptable.
- Enjoy technology.
- Strong and confident communication style.
- Previous experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
