Jobber is seeking an Account Executive to join their Success department and empower small businesses. Jobber helps small home service businesses transform their service delivery through technology. The Account Executive will play a key role in developing trust with customers and growing the relationship with them.
The role involves:
- Managing a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Proactively connecting with customers and providing recommendations.
- Encouraging customers to upgrade their subscriptions or add online payments software.
- Achieving results by hitting and overachieving targets.
- Communicating and collaborating with multiple departments.
- Tracking key information in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
- High energy and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Driven and tenacious with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coachable and adaptable with a strong communication style.
- Enjoyment of technology and previous experience with Salesforce.
