Support Specialist, Match Analysis (French speaker)

Job Description

Hudl is seeking a Support Specialist to join its Match Analysis team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will work directly with clients from various sports and organizations, including those in French Ligue 1 & 2, Top 14 and Pro D2, and the Belgian Pro League. This role requires someone who understands client pain points and can help them maximize the use of Hudl's solutions. The role requires to work from the office at least three days per week.

Role involves:

• Working directly with clients from various sports and organizations.
• Understanding client pain points and helping them make the most of Hudl's solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Collaborating with product teams to surface customer insights.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of high-performance analysis workflows and video analysis software like Hudl Sportscode, Studio, and Replay.
• Experience answering user questions via phone, video conference, and email.
• Flexibility to work weekends and handle requests through multiple channels.
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and French.
