Job Description
LetsGetChecked is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through services and addressing inquiries. The representative will ensure a positive experience with health testing solutions, contributing to clients' health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of LetsGetChecked's health testing products.
- Guide clients through the order placement process.
- Proactively investigate and resolve client issues.
- Deliver clear communication regarding test results and delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collect and relay client feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in client services or customer support.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Empathy and a desire to help clients.
