Job Description

LetsGetChecked is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through services and addressing inquiries. The representative will ensure a positive experience with health testing solutions, contributing to clients' health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of LetsGetChecked's health testing products.
  • Guide clients through the order placement process.
  • Proactively investigate and resolve client issues.
  • Deliver clear communication regarding test results and delivery times.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collect and relay client feedback.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in client services or customer support.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Empathy and a desire to help clients.
