Job Description
Mixbook, the #1 rated photo book service in the US, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to join their Printer Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving daily operational excellence and long-term growth within Mixbook's global supply network. The Value Stream Manager will lead end-to-end management, ensuring planned, predictable performance across quality, delivery, and cost dimensions. This position requires a hands-on approach to meet and exceed customer expectations while driving operational effectiveness.
Role involves:
- Executing end-to-end value stream management from customer order to delivery.
- Defining and executing a supply network operating model.
- Building and optimizing relationships with global suppliers and shipping carriers.
- Overseeing the overall quality management system.
- Managing fulfillment operations and carrier performance.
- Applying expertise to develop scalable processes for operational efficiencies.
- Leveraging data and analytics for KPIs and improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in operations management, including internal and supplier operations.
- Proven track record in managing virtual supply networks.
- Experience with operational analysis tools.
- Deep expertise in collaborative planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
- Experience with enterprise systems and operational analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Degree in Engineering, IEOR preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPSM are desirable.
- Certifications in problem-solving methodologies, lean six sigma blackbelt preferred.
