Partnerships Associate

Job Description

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to join their Brand Team. This role supports the company's efforts in acquiring new customers and growing brand awareness through partnerships and influencer marketing. The Partnerships Associate will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Role involves:

• Supporting partnership efforts across licensed brand partnerships, IRL brand partnerships, and influencer marketing.
• Being the point of contact for client requirements and issues.
• Identifying new partner opportunities and assisting in creative concepting.
• Assisting with campaign performance analysis and reporting.
• Providing accounting and finance support through billing and contractual reviews.
• Staying on top of cultural moments and trends for new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Influencer, or Partnerships.
• Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and high standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
