Senior Product Manager, Payments

Job Description

Circle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of its global payments platform. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customer pain points and enhancing the payments infrastructure to meet their needs. The role involves supporting and mentoring other product managers, setting high standards, and working closely with the Head of Product to define the product vision.Responsibilities include:

• Defining the product vision and strategy for the global payments platform.
• Developing a product roadmap for seamless onramp, offramp, and settlement capabilities.
• Collaborating with product and commercial teams to research and understand customer pain points.
• Ideating and designing innovative payment and settlement solutions.
• Tracking key product metrics to measure platform performance.
• Integrating with bank partners and payment service providers.
• Building internal tools and workflow automations.
• Leading a cross-functional product development team.

Requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management in payments or financial services.
• Experience integrating with banks, payment networks, and services.
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain technologies.
