Rigging Supervisor - Expression of Interest

Job Description

Sony Imageworks is seeking a Rigging Supervisor in Montreal. The Rigging Supervisor will interface with production for all asset needs related to rigging and animation. They will inform and deliberate on asset decisions with clients and other department heads. The supervisor will manage the entire rigging team, establish priorities and deadlines, and bid all asset work for the show.

Role Involves:

• Supervising riggers interface with production
• Informing and deliberating on asset decisions
• Managing the rigging team
• Establishing priorities and deadlines
• Bidding all asset work

Requirements:

• 10+ years of production experience at a 3D studio
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of rigging
• Expert sculpting ability
• Experience in Linux environment
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
