Retail Media & Commerce Activation Manager (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Retail Media & Commerce Activation Manager to join their Commercial Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a retail media strategy to drive growth and strengthen partnerships for ESN & More Nutrition. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and/or performance media and a passion for advancing these brands.Role involves:

• Developing a retail media strategy based on business and marketing objectives.
• Identifying new potentials in retail media and evaluating partnerships.
• Building sustainable relationships with key retailers and establishing retail media solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for seamless implementation.
• Analyzing performance and providing insights to optimize effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance media, ideally in sports, nutrition, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of advertising products and tools in retail and omnichannel media.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoys driving new ideas.
• Proficient in data analysis and able to derive concrete recommendations.
• Fluent in both German and English.
