A Delivery company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming data into strategic insights and will be eager to learn and take on new challenges. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building and executing tests, and providing technical-analytical support to the team.

Role Involves:

• Identifying opportunities, building and executing tests, and exploratory analyses related to the loyalty program.
• Providing technical-analytical support to the team, including data, dashboards, and complex analyses.
• Building and presenting executive materials.
• Actively participating in strategic meetings.
• Communicating and disseminating results clearly and objectively.
• Mapping opportunities for earnings levers linked to changes in pricing, operations, or competition, making trade-offs and creating partnerships with other teams.
• Identifying and mapping risks and threats from competitors, building competitive parity analyses.

Requirements:

• Strategic vision, understanding of the business, and a sense of ownership (pro-activity).
• Critical-analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SQL (intermediate, with advanced being a plus).
• Experience in Data Visualization, preferably with tools like ThoughtSpot or Tableau for building and disseminating executive dashboards.
• Analytical and communicative profile, with a data-oriented mindset.
