The Senior Collection Analyst role involves working with a strong analytical focus on collection strategies, ensuring an auditable process. The analyst will perform critical data analysis and ensure the delivery of significant results. They will integrate tools and results with the strategy areas of the arrears and current portfolios, contribute to the creation and automation of new indicators, and build executive presentations for team meetings.

The role involves:

• Working with a high analytical bias with a focus on collection strategy, ensuring an auditable process
• Performing critical data analysis and ensuring the delivery of significant results.
• Integrating tools and results with the strategy areas of the arrears and current portfolios.
• Contributing to the creation and automation of new indicators.
• Building executive presentations for team meetings.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Data Bricks, and the Office Package.
• Intermediate knowledge in Power BI and Thought Spot.
• Skills with data programming.
• Excellent communication and ability to connect with various areas.
• Dynamic, questioning, provocative, and strategic profile.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the implementation of strategies.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
