Job Description
Ketryx is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead employee development programs. This role offers the opportunity to establish L&D best practices from the ground up as the company expands its operations in the Boston office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success building scalable training programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies.
- Conduct training needs analyses across departments.
- Build and manage learning infrastructure including LMS selection.
- Create and deploy onboarding programs.
- Develop technical and compliance training programs.
- Partner with department heads to create role-specific development paths.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track training effectiveness.
- Support L&D budgets and vendor relationships.
- Lead cross-functional training initiatives.
- Create internal knowledge sharing systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of L&D experience with at least 2 years in technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record designing and implementing learning programs that scale.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning content creation tools.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting training needs assessments.
- Demonstrated project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, learning platforms, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools.
