Job Description

Ketryx is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead employee development programs. This role offers the opportunity to establish L&D best practices from the ground up as the company expands its operations in the Boston office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success building scalable training programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies.
  • Conduct training needs analyses across departments.
  • Build and manage learning infrastructure including LMS selection.
  • Create and deploy onboarding programs.
  • Develop technical and compliance training programs.
  • Partner with department heads to create role-specific development paths.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track training effectiveness.
  • Support L&D budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional training initiatives.
  • Create internal knowledge sharing systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of L&D experience with at least 2 years in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing learning programs that scale.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting training needs assessments.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, learning platforms, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools.
