Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Ketryx is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to support large accounts through technical engagement and lead a growing Solutions Engineering team. The role involves mentoring team members, developing scalable processes, and collaborating with sales teams to craft solution proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example as a hands-on Solutions Engineer for large accounts.
• Manage and mentor a growing Solutions Engineering team.
• Develop scalable processes for team growth, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals.
• Craft compelling technical narratives and solution architectures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Application Lifecycle Management in regulated environments.
• Help define KPIs for SE team performance and customer engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, technical support, sales engineering, or related.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with various DevTools.
• Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements.
• Willingness to travel.
