Blenheim Chalcot is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their BCI Capital team in Mumbai. This role sits at the intersection of investment and operations, supporting the full lifecycle of the company's portfolio. The Investment Analyst will monitor loan facilities, produce Investment Committee (IC) papers, and ensure smooth loan operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting and have a deep understanding of private-credit investing.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cash-flow and covenant models.
• Prepare monthly performance dashboards.
• Lead quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Draft and update IC papers.
• Collate borrower data and market analysis.
• Produce and reconcile payment notices.
• Reconcile facility balances.
• Assist with annual audits.
• Automate reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in credit, finance, audit, or transaction services.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to build relationships.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
