Moloco is seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Manager to drive its China business. The Strategy & Operations Manager will be a trusted partner of regional leaders, this role is instrumental in steering the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco’s China business, a growth engine for the company. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled program manager with a strong background in analysis and execution, coupled with a passion for strategic thinking.
Role Involves:
Building a growth strategy with strategic initiatives based on market insights.
Partnering with regional leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives.
Providing guidance to the commercial leadership team.
Collaborating with the global GTM team to support and drive the design and execution of initiatives and programs.
Supporting leadership team’s decision-making on business challenges with strategic and problem-solving capabilities
Managing and driving the execution of various global and regional level strategic initiatives and programs with the leadership team
Engaging with different business operations by supporting regional leaders to align with global GTM policy and processes
Improving commercial team’s volume and velocity by building insights tools
Closely interacting with the regional commercial team to identify operational challenges, define improvement initiatives, and work with global GTM teams to solve those challenges
Developing market insights and winning strategy with regional leadership team, and mobilize initiatives
Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years of quantitative analysis/ BI experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
Proven track record of driving top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales setting
Ability to challenge and persuade cross-functional audiences to act
Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
Knowledge of mobile gaming & app ecosystem and/ or performance marketing
Meticulous attention to detail and high integrity
Ability to communicate effectively both in English and Mandarin
