Job Description

Headout is seeking a Global Manager of Distribution Partnerships to join their Bengaluru office. This role is pivotal in expanding Headout's global B2B distribution network by developing and managing strategic partnerships with key industry players, including banks, financial institutions, OTAs, airlines, and travel agency wholesalers. The ideal candidate will maximize sales, drive top-line growth, and enhance Headout’s brand presence worldwide.

The Manager will report to the Vice President of Growth & Strategy and will have the opportunity to build projects from the ground up, making a global impact as a key face of Headout within the industry.

What this role involves:

• Commercial partnership development to expand the Headout distribution network.
• Key account management, nurturing relationships with key partners.
• Performance analysis and optimization to enhance partner outcomes.
• Collaborative impact and brand building with regional teams.
• Contract review and negotiation with strategic partners.
• Budget and revenue management, planning and executing strategic campaigns.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in driving sales with mid-level and enterprise clients.
• Proven experience in signing and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Lead management and negotiation expertise.
• Market intelligence gathering skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Accountability and experience leading projects.
