Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle QA Automation Engineer to join their MTS Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automation tests, building robust automation frameworks, and integrating automated testing into the CI process. This role involves analyzing test results, participating in release preparations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing automation tests at all levels
  • Building and maintaining robust automation frameworks
  • Integrating automated testing into the CI process
  • Analyzing test results to identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Participating in release preparations, including planning, re-testing, regression testing, and post-deployment support
  • Creating all necessary test artifacts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Good knowledge of C# and .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Proficient in SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture
  • Hands-on experience with GIT and CI/CD, including pipeline setup and maintenance
  • Proven experience working with large, scalable, multi-threaded applications
  • Experience in testing REST APIs
  • Experience working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging/queueing technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the Quality Assurance lifecycle and various testing methodologies
  • Intermediate level of English
