Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

ATS, founded in 1985, operates in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in industrial maintenance. They are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for their Franklin Park, Illinois location. This role involves managing site safety, driving housekeeping standards, and demonstrating leadership in employee safety and wellness. The supervisor will also support strategic initiatives, promote positive change, and ensure effective implementation of new processes.

The role involves:

• Managing the Site Safety Program.
• Driving housekeeping standards, including 5S.
• Supporting strategic initiatives.
• Managing employee performance and providing development opportunities.
• Measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators.
• Managing expenses, such as labor, overtime, and material consumption.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts, negotiation, billing models).
• Planner/scheduler experience is ideal.
