Principal Solutions Architect - (PubSec)

Elastic is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect (Public Sector) to serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, Public Sector customers, partners, and communities in the United Kingdom. This role involves understanding and solving customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engaging the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enabling sales through partners. The ideal candidate will focus on excellence and continuously improve themselves and the team.

What This Role Involves

• Architecting next-generation search solutions using Elastic's AI advancements.
• Enabling government departments to achieve accuracy in search queries using the Elastic Observability stack.
• Implementing vector search algorithms.
• Delivering compelling proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
• Sharing expertise through presentations and blog posts.
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Staying updated with AI, semantic search, vector search, and related technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing enterprise-level solutions in the Public Sector.
• Understanding of Observability, AI, and semantic search technologies.
• Experience with vector databases and emerging data storage solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative spirit and passion for sharing knowledge.
