Job Description
air up® is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to join their team in Munich. The Tech Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing day-to-day support for both on-site and remote workers. This role involves managing the IT infrastructure, including laptops and on-site IT equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and high-quality day-to-day IT support to employees in the Munich office and remote workers.
- Manage the seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring their IT needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows environments, addressing user concerns and troubleshooting issues on both platforms.
- Manage and support SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and others, ensuring employees can effectively collaborate using these platforms.
- Oversee the organization's IT inventory, maintaining accurate records of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides for common issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support environment.
- Experience managing Windows and Mac environments.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and good command of German.
