Job Description
Nature's Bakery is seeking a Finance Manager for their Salt Lake City location. This role is a key business partner in the Finance organization, providing financial leadership to the site Manufacturing and supply chain team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal part in deploying the new ERP system and related tools.

Role involves:
  • Managing financial shaping and forecasting.
  • Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end analysis.
  • Driving value creation initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Calculating inventory ageing provisions and investigating variances.
  • Partnering annual capital budget exercise for the site by providing ROI analysis.

Requirements:
  • Five years’ experience in finance in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and business partners.
