Job Description
Virtasant is seeking a Director of Client Services for the EMEA region. This role is focused on delivery and building client trust through successful project execution and driving long-term growth. The Director will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project delivery, managing challenges, and expanding the account through excellent service.
    What the role involves:
  • Owning delivery across complex, enterprise consulting engagements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Unblocking delivery, managing risk, and keeping projects on track.
  • Developing and executing account strategies and growth plans.
  • Growing accounts through delivery and identifying new opportunities.
  • Coaching and enabling delivery/account teams.
  • Managing account operations including SOWs, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, and staffing.
  • Bridging the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.
    Requirements:
  • 8+ years in consulting or professional services, leading delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Experience owning the success of large, complex programs.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts through delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, lean environments.
  • Credibility with both executives and engineers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and setting boundaries.
  • Experience managing account financials, delivery teams, and internal operations.
