Virtasant is seeking a Director of Client Services to join their team. This role is focused on leading delivery, building client trust, and driving long-term growth through successful project execution. The Director will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project success, managing challenges, and expanding the account by delivering value. This role involves being actively involved in the work, ensuring successful delivery, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint through trust and execution.
What this role involves:
- Owning delivery across complex, enterprise consulting engagements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Unblocking delivery, managing risk, and keeping projects on track.
- Developing and executing account strategies and growth plans.
- Growing accounts through delivery.
- Navigating client organizations to identify new relationships and areas for expansion.
- Coaching and enabling delivery/account teams.
- Managing account operations including SOWs, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, and staffing.
- Bridging the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in consulting or professional services, leading delivery in enterprise environments.
- Experience owning the success of large, complex programs.
- Proven track record of growing accounts through delivery.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, lean environments.
- Credibility with both executives and engineers.
- Comfort with ambiguity, pushback, and setting boundaries.
- Experience managing account financials, delivery teams, and internal operations.
