Salesforce/Certinia Platform Architect

Job Description

Caylent is seeking a Salesforce & Certinia Platform Architect to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of their internal Salesforce and Certinia environments. This role is crucial for ensuring the scalability, stability, and alignment of the CRM and ERP systems with business objectives. The architect will serve as the technical authority for both platforms and collaborate cross-functionally to architect solutions that enhance productivity, data integrity, and business performance.Responsibilities include:

• Designing and governing the enterprise architecture across Salesforce and Certinia platforms.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Owning the platform roadmap and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Leading technical evaluations and system design sessions.
• Overseeing system integration strategies.
• Ensuring platform performance, security, and compliance.
• Providing guidance to internal and external developers and administrators.
• Evaluating and implementing AppExchange and Certinia packages.
• Collaborating with Enterprise IT and Business Ops on system upgrades.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture.
• 4+ years of direct experience with Certinia.
• Proven success architecting scalable enterprise solutions within Salesforce and integrating ERP/PSA systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture including Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, Data Loader, SOQL and Flows
• Expertise experience in data modeling, process automation, and reporting across CRM and ERP domains, including integrated BI tools.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise-level integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi.
