Job Description
Ocado Group is seeking an Account Manager to join their European Partnership team. This role is based in Hatfield, UK, and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring the candidate to be in the office two days a week. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving online growth for Ocado's partners, ensuring commercial success, operational efficiency, and international scalability.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and owning partnership strategies aligned with partner's e-commerce goals.
  • Leveraging data to provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Becoming an expert on OSP features to support growth.
  • Ensuring operations support growth and teams align with objectives and KPIs.
  • Serving as the primary interface between Ocado and the partner.
  • Pursuing opportunities to develop the partner relationship.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in online growth strategies, retail/strategy management consulting, or hypergrowth start-ups.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and e-commerce.
  • Experience with measuring and optimizing key growth metrics.
  • BA/BSc degree in business management or a technical field.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native/fluent in English; other European languages desirable.
