Job Description
Ocado Technology is seeking an Office Manager to join their Technology Centre Management team. This role focuses on culture, engagement, and employee enablement for the UK Technology Teams. The Office Manager will collaborate with a diverse community, ensure the smooth use of the WGC Technology Centres, and inject fun into the work environment.

Role involves:
  • Being the key point of contact for all office enquiries.
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the UK Technology Centre Management Team.
  • Ensuring the facilities within the office are well maintained.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as raising POs and expenses reconciliation.
  • Supporting the creation of comms and posting of information.
  • Supporting the organisation and coordination of local social events.
