Finance Operations Transformation Manager

Leapwork is seeking a Finance Operations Transformation Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The company is a leading global AI-powered visual test automation solution provider, partnering with Microsoft and experiencing rapid growth. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, automation, and innovation across the company's support functions.

The Finance Operations Transformation Manager will report to the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for optimizing enterprise operations across Finance, Legal, People, Digital, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and a passion for cross-functional process improvement.

Role Involves:

• Building and optimizing enterprise operations with a focus on automation, speed, and control.
• Architecting and implementing end-to-end workflows across Finance, Legal, People, and Sales.
• Designing scalable, integrated processes across NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, and document management systems.
• Deploying automation (no-code/low-code tools or APIs) to eliminate manual work and increase real-time visibility.
• Integrating operational data streams with BI tools to provide dashboards for management, legal, finance, HR, and commercial leaders.
• Leading transformation projects across support functions, including system upgrades, new platform implementations, and workflow reengineering.
• Enhancing internal controls and compliance while designing for speed, scalability, and transparency.
• Continuously challenging the status quo by proposing innovative, tech-enabled process enhancements across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 7 – 10 years’ of experience in systems support, business operations, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms and supporting systems for HR, Sales, and Legal.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes (e.g., billing, collections, reporting, contract workflows, HR operations).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Leapwork, Power Automate, Zapier) and basic API integration principles.
• Exposure to dashboard/reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
