Client Account Executive, Mid-Market (Services)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in Los Angeles. The Client Account Executive will manage and grow a book of mid-market advertisers in the Services segment. This person will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help advertisers succeed on Reddit. They will work closely with a team of Account Strategists to scale their impact across a dedicated book of business. This role requires in-person work from the Los Angeles office 1–2 days per week.Reddit is looking for someone who:

• Owns and grows a book of mid-market advertisers.
• Drives advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Initiates and leads strategic sales conversations.
• Works with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns.
• Monitors and reports on key campaign metrics.
• Identifies and communicates product feedback and market insights.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Cultivates strong client relationships.
• Shapes scaled sales methodologies and best practices.

Requirements for the role include:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly analytical skills.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
