Senior Client Partner, Mid-Market (Goods)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in Toronto. This role involves building relationships with key brands and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. The Senior Client Partner will act as the CEO of their book of business, taking full ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting.Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Identifying additional opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Creating mutually beneficial partnerships between clients and Reddit.
• Managing and deepening relationships with advertising partners.
• Constructing upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educating new clients on Reddit and the ads platform.
• Leveraging data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Providing strategic advice to grow client relationships.
• Sharing client feedback with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentoring and training other team members.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years in sales.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals and measurement solutions.
• Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Ability to lead special projects.
• Positive outlook and team player attitude.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
