Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Paradigm is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The company is building a cutting-edge, distributed financial service infrastructure. The Infrastructure Engineer will report to the Director of Engineering and play a pivotal role in shaping a DeFi ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Own the site reliability process from design to deployment.
• Guide the software engineering team on best practices.
• Manage and optimize multiple Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Build core services that drive the company's platform.
• Resolve production incidents.
• Help build and lead a high-velocity, adaptable infrastructure engineering team.

Requirements:

• Deep experience in site reliability engineering within multi-datacenter cloud environments.
• Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, docker, terraform and software engineering.
• Experience in leading teams and projects.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, low-latency systems, HashiCorp tools, and multi-cloud environments.
• Expertise in securing complex cloud network architectures.
