Job Description

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social Media to develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid social accounts, driving client performance and growth. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, remote environment. Responsibilities:

• Campaign development, stewardship, optimization, and reporting within platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat.
• Building relationships and maintaining communication with media representatives.
• Serving as an integral activation lead in key client communication.
• Presenting at client meetings.
• Designing cost-efficient media buys, forecasting, account segmentation, and bid management.
• Overseeing campaign tracking setup and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborating with finance to resolve media billing issues.
• Ensuring adherence to client budgets and objectives.
• Staying current on media trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Paid Social Media buying experience.
• Knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
