Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Mississauga. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice for an online car selling/buying experience and make a significant impact.

What the role involves:

  • Proactively contacting individuals interested in selling their car to Clutch through warm calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Progressing to handling inbound calls and assisting customers looking to buy a car through Clutch.
  • Educating customers on the Clutch process and helping them take their first steps in selling a car with Clutch.
  • Taking notes and updating all relevant information and details about customer interactions in HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with multiple functions to ensure a smooth all-around experience.
  • Communicating the benefits of selling/buying a car with Clutch.

What Clutch is looking for:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage a large number of customers & systems.
  • Passionate about sales/customer service and asking probing questions.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Passion for cars is a plus.
  • Excited about disrupting the car industry and a drive to win.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
