Job Description
Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The advisor will address inquiries, concerns, and post-vehicle delivery issues promptly. They will collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues efficiently, exercising good judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Responding to post-sale inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborating with mechanics, detailers, finance, and logistics
  • Resolving real-time customer issues with urgency
  • Multi-tasking competing priorities
  • Providing authorizations for repairs and reimbursements
  • Flagging themes in customer issues
  • Automotive experience (dealership, OEM) strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Car knowledge, including understanding of automotive systems
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Sound Judgement, Problem-Solving Skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused and patient
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Willing to work 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day schedule
  • Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility
