Job Description
Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The advisor will address inquiries, concerns, and post-vehicle delivery issues promptly. They will collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues efficiently, exercising good judgment and negotiation skills.
- Responding to post-sale inquiries and escalations
- Collaborating with mechanics, detailers, finance, and logistics
- Resolving real-time customer issues with urgency
- Multi-tasking competing priorities
- Providing authorizations for repairs and reimbursements
- Flagging themes in customer issues
- Automotive experience (dealership, OEM) strongly preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Car knowledge, including understanding of automotive systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sound Judgement, Problem-Solving Skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and patient
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Willing to work 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day schedule
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility
