Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to bridge the gap between decentralized trading and user needs. The candidate will deliver technical guidance, collaborate with the development team, and shape the support infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for users in public channels.
  • Act as the first contact for customers who reach out via ticketing system.
  • Use tools like Postman, Datadog, and Grafana to debug user-reported issues.
  • Work closely with Core Engineering Teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage the Paradigm Product Knowledge Base, including API documentation.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with clients.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Experience with Datadog, Grafana, notions of SQL and Python or other scripting languages
  • Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to be on-call, including occasional weekends.
  • Familiarity with using GitHub for code changes, CI workflows, and feature development.
  • Proven experience with API integration and support along with tooling to help debug them such as Postman.
