Aerospike is seeking a Security Engineer, DevSecOps to join their team. This role is remote within the USA. The Security Engineer will be responsible for integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and automating security processes. Responsibilities: - Integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or Ruby)
- Working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Vulnerability management, threat modeling, and incident response
- Familiarity with security tools (vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, compliance automation)
Requirements: - 2–4 years in security engineering, DevSecOps, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.)
- Security certifications (AWS Architect, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, SANS/GIAC)
- Experience in automating security processes and monitoring
- Technology, SaaS, FinTech, or Cloud Services Experience
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare) is a plus
